We have taken a hiatus from our regularly scheduled monthly dance celebrations to find a proper room and space for us to gather in comfortably and safely. In the meantime, we have partnered with other venues/events/artists to keep the momentum and movement going. This included events with Femi Kuti, Oumou Sangare, Antibalas and many more. We also traveled to paradise to present our sound and energy. Last October, we flew to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for the annual Mi Casa Holiday where we teamed up with Joanne Jimenez and Antonio Ocasio for an amazing and memorable Uhuru Afrika shouts Wepa! event. But now… Boston family… WE ARE BACK! What other way to celebrate new beginnings then to present our annual White Party. We have had some amazing ones in the past that have featured artists like Zaki Ibrahim from South Africa and Siji from Nigeria…. this one will be sure to be just as memorable… SAVE THE DATE and stay tuned for more information!
